Winning Ways

Let’s face it. Since the beginning of time, all humans have wanted to win. As a kid, whether we were vying for the larger piece of cake, playing sports, riding a bike in a group, fishing, playing a board game, trying to convince our parents to let us stay up later, taking tests in school or doing any of a thousand other things, we all wanted to win. That does not change as we turn into adults, either.

Clients come to a lawyer because they want to win. They want to win their legal case, or they want to win their negotiation, or they want a winning contract, or they just want solid legal advice that will allow them to win in other ways. Nobody ever came to a law office looking to lose. That said, hire a competitive lawyer that will put in the time and energy to do whatever they can to win for you. Hire a lawyer that genuinely hates to lose.

One of Mr. McKay’s hobbies is car racing, and it has been for over 30 years. He has won over 500 races and has four national championships. He puts in the time, energy and desire to win, and positively hates losing. He brings that same energy to the practice of law. Does he win every case? No. No lawyer can do that, and to be sure, not every file is a winner. But every file can be improved with a lawyer that truly wants to win.
